I’m a proud Colorado native with a deep love for our mountain scenery and our vibrant outdoor culture. The mountains have always inspired me—especially in my baking. With years of experience as a barista and a lifelong passion for creating sweet treats, I decided to bring those two worlds together by launching my own mobile coffee and pastry stand.
I’ve been baking since I was a kid—back then, I’d go door to door selling homemade chocolate chip cookies in brown paper bags. Now, I’m excited to share delicious, mountain-inspired pastries and drinks with you, wherever the road takes us!
